Shipping Within Greece

We offer free standard shipping within Greece for all orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, a shipping fee of 5€ will be applied at checkout. Orders within Greece are delivered via ACS Courier, and the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping (Europe)

Bagnerò currently delivers exclusively to destinations within Europe via FedEx. Please note that we do not ship to the USA or other international destinations outside of Europe at this time. Shipping costs for European orders vary depending on the destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery times for international shipments vary by location and cannot be precisely guaranteed.

Dispatch & Order Confirmation

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day from the date the order is placed. Once your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email address. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@bagnero.com. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.

Order Adjustments

If you need to make any changes to your order—including correcting shipping address details or changing items—please contact us immediately at sales@bagnero.com. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, Bagnerò accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered by the customer. In such cases, the standard return and exchange policy will apply once the package is received.

Delivery & Issues

While we ensure all packages leave our facilities in perfect condition, Bagnerò is not liable for unexpected delays caused directly by the shipping carriers (ACS or FedEx) or force majeure events. In the rare event of a delayed or missing package, please contact our support team at info@bagnero.com so we can assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the carrier.
